Breathing, more importantly, breathing consciously manages stress and stimulates positive emotions. This instalation represents personal growth in the form of a breathing - rising and schrinking - sculpture. A story about societal pressure and mental struggle that is turned into strength. Feeling lost and finding a way back through breath and reflection. Showing that there are moments of release, hope and rising. Inviting the audience to be patient and reflect on their own breath. Seeking for these moments of release.
